At Inktology, every piece of artwork and merchandise is created with care through our trusted third-party fulfillment partner, Printful.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales on Artwork Are Final

Due to the custom, artistic, and made-to-order nature of our products:

  • Original artwork

  • Art prints

  • Limited edition items

  • Digital artwork

  • Commissioned artwork

  • Personalized or custom products

are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color variations caused by screen settings

  • Accidental purchases

  • Preference changes after delivery

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before ordering.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Eligible issues will be reviewed and handled through our fulfillment partner, Printful.

3. Third-Party Fulfillment Through Printful

All physical merchandise sold through Inktology is produced and shipped by our third-party fulfillment provider, Printful.

Refunds, replacements, and production issue claims are processed according to Printful’s policies and review procedures.

Inktology does not personally manufacture, package, or ship products and cannot guarantee refunds outside of Printful’s approved claim conditions.

4. Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.

Inktology and Printful are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers

  • Stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or global shipping disruptions

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If an item qualifies for replacement due to damage or manufacturing error, a replacement order may be issued at the discretion of Printful and Inktology.

6. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

Fraudulent refund requests, abuse of chargebacks, or attempts to exploit this policy may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Refusal of future service

  • Reporting to payment processors or relevant authorities when necessary
